I need to make Fang's bladed lance/spear, from Final Fantasy 13. I need ideas on what to use to create it, and good brands of paint and such.

Ahh well after much consideration I'm not doing Fang after budgeting for a hotel, travel costs and my other cosplays. But I will do her next year, so you have still helped, thank you :)
