Bluefin Contest this year?

I was wondering if Bluefin was hosting another Gunpla Builders competition this year. Last year they announced it rather late and only a week before the con opening. I've checked Bluefins website and the only thing they have is pictures of last years entries.

Just noticed this on the newsletter/front page and had a question. Where is the link to sign up? It says no walkups but doesn't list where we can enter.
