I'm actually working on all 649 pokemon, so here are the rest: Click here :D.

This is just a box of what I sell (kinda). I mainly do chibi pokemon keychains and a few prints. I also plan to have trading card packs also :3

The keychains are $5 but they are made of hard plastic and covered in enamel. If the enamel cracks, you can put it in the oven and it'll re-melt to like new :D I cut each out by hand and bake them all myself :3

What do you guys think, and any special requests? It's my first time to ACen so I hope there will be a liking to my keychains x_x

Oh lord. Yes I would/will buy these.

You might want to check some ratings charts, though, to focus your production... As much as Weedle rocks, not sure you're going to sell 300. :) I'm focusing on the Eevee family and a few of the classics.

Special requests - shinies?!

I always take Shiny Umbreon and Nyanbreon (poptart umbreon). Other shinies I would be unsure of (besides possibly doing a black Charizard before hand). By special requests, I mean things like Weedle x3 Sometimes I have takers for obscure ones, but otherwise I mostly bring the favorites (starters, eeveelutions, cat and dog types, legendaries, etc). I'll always bring a few of the random ones, and then anything requested :3

If there is a Magmar, I'll be there. That being said, I think I'm the only person in the world that considers Magmar their favorite Pokemon.

Even better - have the whole Magmar evolution line, and I'm the happiest person in the world. I can put one on my purse, skate bag, and laptop bag. *drools*

Lmao I haven't drawn any of the Magmar family yet. I'll try to have one of the three at least for ACen behind the counter for you.

You, my dear, are my hero - you have no idea how happy that made me! In that case, I'd have to request Magmar out of the three of them. Aw, heck, I'll probably pick up a MissingNo. too! I'll be stopping by on Friday for sure - what's the name of your booth so I know where to find you?

My booth is Rising Moon Studios, but I'll try to have my banner up high (it says Poke-Chibi Project on it :3 ) so you can see that too!

Dude, I will totally be at this booth to ravage the stock. I haven't really bought much out of AA/EH the last couple of years, but I will definitely pick up a few of these.

Man, if only you had Ar Tonelico keychains, too. You'd make a killing off of me and my husband alone!

Love the Missingno ones. Though I gotta say, my favorite will always be Zapdos.

Those are super cute! :happydance:
May I ask how exxactly you make them? You said they were a hard plastic covered in enamel -- do you print them yourself or have a company make them? And what kind of material is it? A lot of people use shrinky-dink, but I'm not sure if you can actually print on those, and drawing them over and over by hand is exhausting =p
Thanks!

p.s. Do you have a Phanpy? So would get one~!

@ The Chainmail Guy : Guess what I'm going to have ;3 I actually just sketched a Zapdos a few days ago and will have it ready for ACen. Small world xD

@ Valkyrie: Can you send me a few links via pm? I might be able to scratch something up :3

@ IcyPanther: I do make them myself completely, but it's a trade secret :) I'm sure you'll find a good product to suit your needs!

Those are really cute charms! They will sell well I'm sure. Make sure to make lots of the current starters and lots of Victinis! n__n

Actually, yes you can. I use Shrinky Dink printer paper when I make charms and brush on clear acrylic to seal it when they are baked and hardened. It's not that easy though since the printer ink darkens when baked. There is a bit of trial and error to it.

Thanks Daven, did not know that :) I'm assuming you need to get a special inkjet type though, yes? I have some old sheets lying around from my childhood, but they say nothing about printers.
Do you find the shrinky-dink brand works okay for you, or is there another one? I'm reading up on Grafix and there seem to be mixed opinions.

Shrinky Dink makes several different packs you can buy, and their printer ones can be used in any inkjet printer. You can't use the other types in your printer. I sold charms last year and currently on Etsy I still have some up, but I'm going to go with Printsess.com this year for ACen. It's a lot of work to do the Shrinky Dinks way, and yes it is cheaper, but I want a higher quality charm this time around.

These are super adorable. I'd like to request a Zekrom if I could. Possibly a Reshiram too. I'm going to be doing a gajinka Zekrom this year and I'd love to have a chibi one. A friend of mine is gonna be Reshiram so she might be interested in getting one too.

Thanks much! I might try ordering afew sheets and see what happens. I was going to order charms through a company (ZapCreations over Printess for me) but you can only have so many designs and it has to be a set number of each and I wanted a bit more of an assortment. I think I'm going to try the graphix paper -- I'll let you know how they turn out!

edit: @Icy I can try to have a phanpy :D

Yay, thank you so much! I love phanpys! :D

I have an art question for you (if it's not a trade secret =p). I really like how you have an outline around the image and I've been doing the same for some of mine. However, I'm stuck with doing white because each time I do stroke outline I get a very thin pixelation around the image. I've tried several tutorials to try and smooth the lines somehow, but none of them seem to be working. Do you have any tips to get it smooth like yours?
Thanks much! :D

I personally use the graphix ink jet paper, and it works great! Just be sure to lighten up your image, as the colors intensify during shrinking. I generally brighten mine by about 20-30%...

Also, for the clear acrylic over them you can use Mod Podge. It comes in both a paint, and a spray-can. Build up a few coats and you have a nice flat, shiny acrylic surface over the shrinkies!
