From what I've learned from my optometrist, prescription contacts should only be obtained by a legal eye care professional. Anyone else selling them, she stated, is operating illegally. Colored lenses, the non prescription kind that you find online and at acen, have a warning to not be worn regularly or even driven in.
That said, have you already tried this site? http://www.1800conta...CFYHAKgodr0xlAA
They have a 24/7 online chat.
The ones sold at Acen were $40 but they weren't prescription. What color are your eyes? The color you see advertised will look different on your eyes. If you have dark eyes like me, go for something a little brighter than normal gold. Otherwise, try getting a color like Honey. SOme of them don't have an option 5.25...just 5.00 and 5.50. I guess you'd wanna go with weaker than stronger...it's not good to stress your eye (though it's not good to regularly wear a weaker prescription either). If you don't mind spending the money on something you wouldn't be able to wear regularly b/c of that, I suggest there. You could ask them if they'd make 5.25 first.
Also, for the color accuracy, try toying around on http://www.acuvue.co...e-2-colours.htm
You just put in your natural eye color and select the color you want to check out. If your eyes are lighter like hazel, then warm honey or hazel green works pretty well.

Talk to your optometrist even before using your prescription measurements to get colored contacts - even from a safe site, like 1800contacts - since they prescribed the exact brand and type of contacts you use to you for a reason.
People often forget that brand and style are part of the prescription, not just power and measurement.
Also, if you've never worn contacts, I would not recommend colored ones be your first try. They're much weirder putting in, since you can actually see them coming at your eye.
