Plenty of walk-on slots remain

How do I go about editing my information for the walk on I plan on doing?

I'm planning on doing Fire Nation Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender. I found some music and have some idea's for the lighting.

scratch that. I am unable to attend Acen all together due to my mother in law developing Lung Cancer. So I wont be participating. :( All I ask is that everyone prays for her :(
