I love how I keep thinking of a new question a week xD

Will the convention center have internet acccess available for both attendees as well as AA artists? Just thinking of if I were to get commissions and the commissioner has reference images and whatnot posted online. :)

Free WiFi? Lol I wish. Even the hotels don't have free WiFi. I think we can get it through RES this year although who knows what they'll charge.

I know for sure that it has cell coverage, so if you have a smartphone or iPad with a data plan you should be able to get some internets... probably just 3G, not sure about 4G though.

The Aloft does have wifi included with the room fee. It's one of the things I liked best about it last year and one of the main reasons I'm staying there again this year (I've also had very poor customer service with the Hyatt, but that's more my personal experience).

I will have to check with the Department Head on this, but in past years there has only been cell coverage where Exhibit Space is.

I have also seen, in past years from artists, people commonly waiting until their hotel to grab WiFi for looking up references (asking for a description in the meantime), and things like using the Square accessory for their smartphones to take credit card payments. (And all the times I've been asking for artists to draw something for me, I make sure to know where they can get references, if they're not familiar with the character and I for some reason have no references already on hand.)
