I was possibly thinking about entering this year but I have 2 questions:
1) A few years ago I participated with a group that won a couple craftsmanship awards, I think by the end of their competing days they were considered journeyman. The cosplay I'm working on this year is my first solo project (and really my first solo sewing experience). If I entered would I be considered a Novice or Journeyman?
2) Also, the main part of the outfit I am making is the top/shirt. I bought the black pants and gloves from the store. Would buying parts of the cosplay disqualify me from entering?
