If your gathering is held at, please feel free to move to:
Tree Patch -> Lower Dome
Garden -> Inside of the convention center or to the traffic circle fountains in front of the con center
Loading Docks A-D -> Inside of the convention center or to the traffic circle fountains in front of the con center
East Outdoor Wall -> Lower Dome

Our timekeepers will be able to help any groups in the area situate and work around one another.. possibly helping to escort you all to another place if there isn't enough room.

Update 4/6- Last minute changes for Friday: Madoka has been moved to 3-3:30 pm at the East Outdoor Wall and the Yaoi meet has been bumped up from midnight to take the 11 pm slot at the Lower Dome. Cheers!

Also as a huge pretty please to photographers and attendees, please leave the leading of the gatherings to the group leaders. We are on a rather tight schedule and if you have an idea for a meet's photos, please run it by them (or our time keepers) quietly and quickly! Much thanks!

I know most of you have seen this topic a dozen times, but I need everyone to look at it again and again. Thank you!

Things to consider:
- Oh my toothpicks! That's a LOT OF GATHERINGS. Why so many?? Even if one other person shows up, you may have just found a new friend! How else would you find them in this sea of geeks?
- Will this schedule be in the programming book? There was a mix-up last year with this and the higher-ups thought it would be best to have the schedule in front of customer service instead. We are working to get that changed.
- We're looking into having timekeepers this year.. I'm still in talks with my DH over this, but the purpose of the keepers would be to make sure some of the gatherings don't go over their time slot. If they try, they will be asked to move elsewhere. We're a rapidly growing con with limited photo space, so we all really do need to work together. I'm also talking to him about splitting the loading docks into 4 sections (The gigantic green power box is not a spot. Please stay off of it. It IS live electricity.), so we can ease up on time constraints.
- If your group can't remember to act like civil human beings, security will not be happy. Please, PLEASE remember that there are people who do NOT like to be touched. Or have fragile costumes. Ask first.
- If you are anywhere and see an EMT crew coming, move it. Plain and simple. This is a con of now 23,000+ people, many with health issues. They're scooting through to take care of it and need the space.

We have a staff meeting this next Saturday.. I'm going to see about the space/time approvals then... hopefully, I'll be able to put out a tentative schedule thus far then or by February 1.

The purpley-pink color means either an hour slot, or the group will be taking up 2 of the loading docks block. Homestuck is getting an hour and a half just because of their sheer size.

The Saturday Valve shoot wants to switch with us in the Metal Gear shoot. Can we do that? It would be Valve at 5:30 and MGS at 6:00 Saturday now.
