I was re-listening to a song from that really wonderful anime movie "Paprika" (check it out if you have not!) and I thought about the parade of mismatched and strange objects that goes on throughout the film, and then I thought "Hey! why have I never heard of any anime conventions setting one of these up?"
A cosplay parade sounds like a pretty cool thing to do if it could get properly planned, even if its merely a line of cosplayers marching throughout the congrounds. What do you guys think? would you do this? Is it possible? Is it even worth doing since the grounds are usually packed with cosplayers anyways? hm?

I personally think it might cause a fire hazard due to the sheer amount of cosplayers that we have each year. We currently have a list of potential gatherings here, if you'd like to see anything unusual or specific.

That's just my opinion though.

There was a giant conga line one year I think that is the closest we will get to a parade.

oh the fire hazard is a good reason. well thanks for giving me some other perspectives! too bad that it'd be too hard to do well. we totally need a convention version of disneyland. aww yea.
