need an current cert. foster parent (female only plzz and thankyou) sorry it has nothing to do with the topic of roomates in a way

so i need a female certifetd foster parent to help my freind we really need you if you are a current certifeid foster female because my freind is a foster female 18 years old and well need one in order to come so i cant offer you much but if you can or have a small offer then ill do my best to supply it i'll need you to talk to her foster people and also stay all three night and act or stay in the same hotel so she can stay i need her to be safe and she is with me my older sister and my best freind and i really don't want any rude or mean comment's :happydance:
