This will be my second time at Acen and I want to cosplay this year! I'm a 5'3 Asian with an athletic body type. Please give me ideas! :)

There are many character you can cosplay. Do you have any favorite anime? It's better to cosplay from series you like than random characters. Also, do you want to cosplay as a guy or a girl? That will change cosplay options greatly.

Actually, are you good at dancing? I'm trying to find people who are willing to cosplay from Uta no Prince-sama and dance to Maji Love 1000%. There are Ittoki Otoya, Shinomiya Natsuki, Hijirikawa Masato, Ichinose Tokiya, and Jinguuji Ren. There is also Kurusu Shou, but I might cosplay as him. I think Ittoki Otoya and Shinomiya Natsuki have athletic body types. Also, they are guys, just so you know.

First thing first, you need to think what anime, manga, video game or even a favorite movie do you want to cosplay from? It also helps if you list characters you're not interested in cosplaying. You wouldn't want to cosplay your least favorite character. Now, are you willing to buy a wig or dye your hair? Are you cosplaying a guy or girl? Are you willing to spend a lot? Do you think you're able to pull the character off? Common questions like that will size the opportunities down dramatically in seconds. it's just a matter of who you decide to cosplay.
