Hello, I saw thread saying that the schedule for photoshoot will start in December, but I do not see a place to submit location and time for the photoshoot. Where should I post the photoshoot schedule?

Information on scheduling gatherings will be posted in the Cosplay Gatherings board, once Cactusmomma is ready to begin that. So just keep an eye out on that forum for her posts. I would suggest starting by posting a thread in that forum for your group to discuss times/locations so that when Cactusmomma does start taking applications you have all of that decided.

Instructions will go up in the cosplay gatherings boards as a sticky.
Will there be a form? Probably. It just makes it a -lot- easier to find out who is in charge of each group and deposits it all into a pretty and tidy little spreadsheet.
