About cosplay photo shoots scheduled?

Are cosplay gatherings/photoshoots going to be scheduled by staff this year?

I did check the gathering forum, but I don't see a thread or topic about putting in requests for locations, days and times, so I was wondering how that was going to work this year.

I just checked with the staffer who takes care of these, and yes, they will be scheduled by staff again this year. Submissions will begin in December. Any further questions can be answered by cactusmomma when she is online again (she will be offline until at least next week).

And now I am back.. what knit said is correct.. I have everything being set up now so we can start opening submissions in December. I just got out of the hospital yesterday from a back operation, so if I can't get back to you -immediately- on something, I'll be sure to get to it asap.
