Hyatt Cancellation policy?

I was wondering if anyone knows the Hyatt cancellation policy? Do they charge you if you cancel a reservation, or is it only if you cancel after a certain date or what?

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel By 3pm Cst 24 Hours Prior To Arrival

Cancellation and deposit policies vary by the hotel and confirmed rate. The policies regarding your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made. They are also provided in online, email, written and faxed confirmations.

This was taken from the Hyatt site. Call the hotel if you have questions to get the best answers.
