Hey everyone! Since I didn't see an official Tales of... 2012 thread, I figured I'd step in and make one. As usual I'll be bringing in my Sync (second costume) from Tales of the Abyss and am looking forward to seeing other people at the photoshoot.

Who will you be coming as and from which Tales of game?

There is also a Raven, a Yuri, and a group of ToS peoples!

Yes! I was hoping someone would make a Tales gathering! This year I have a whole group of Tales of Symphonia cospalyers. I'm going as Genis, and we also have a... Raine, Presea, Regal, Lloyd, and possible a Mithos and Colette.

I'll be going as Estelle from Tales of Vesperia and my friend will be going as Rita/Yuri. I am honestly waaaay to excited for this.

Hi there! This is my first time ever going to an Anime convention and my friend and I are dressing up as Emil and Marta from the second Tales of Symphonia game. Can't wait to meet all of the other Tales of characters and see the costumes :3

Hi everyone! I'll be going to the meetup as either Rita or Judith, I haven't decided yet.. But I'll definitely be bringing both costumes to the convention. I'll be running around with a Raven and a Yuri as well :3 Can't wait to see everyone, I'm super excited!

It's a possibility I might not have the funds for the cosplay, but if I do I'll be going as Chastel Aiheap from Tales of Vesperia: First Strike.

EDIT: Funds available Saturday shoots work best for me.

All right everyone! Submits for official photoshoots are being accepted! Does anyone have a time they absolutely cannot do, a day they cannot do, or a time/date combo they'd prefer? I can't promise to be able to work with all schedule conflicts, but I will try. Please post your issues/suggestions here by Jan 15. Submissions for photoshoots are being closed as of Feb 28.

I'm not totally sure when my anime club is going, most likely friday or saturday, so sunday I definitely can't do. Btw, I recruited a Sheena for the TOS group, and possibly Tenebrae as well.

Any time works for me. The only other shoot I have is my boyfriend is in the Doctor Who gathering photo shoot but no time's been given for that yet.

As of today, any time is fine for me! Don't know if I'll be going to any other photoshoots (like Homestuck or One Piece) but I'll check back with y'all if something comes up!

Okay guys, I'm going to be asking for Friday, earlier in the day. Please keep in mind I've never run a photoshoot before, but I've been at every single Tales of ACEN shoot since 2008. Because I'm in a cosplay group for Blue Exorcist, I can't focus on Sync sadly. I know this might be too early, but if it is acceptable, I would prefer to do this shoot Friday, say around 12? I'll give you guys a few days to respond.

12 works for me! i was planning on wearing Zelos for half of Friday, so 12 is perfectly fine for me~

Yikes, I don't think I'll be able to make it to the shoot on Friday, I'll be wearing Gurren Lagann with a big group that day
Hopefully I'll still be able to stop by and see everyone though >.<

Friday at 12 sounds fine to me, but I was hoping it'd be later in the afternoon so we could see everyone.
I'll be able to make it though. Wish the others could too though. :/ Maybe the people who can't make it @ 12PM could meet up with the rest of us later on, like in the evening or something? Like just to hang out, or maybe get some food?

Yeah, I'm cosplaying Raven on saturday and I don't think friday will work out for me either since I've got plans that day :[
I would love to get some food if it can't be worked out though!

Maybe we can do a like a two part photo shoot? One on Friday at noon and another impromptu Saturday? If people are meeting up at the con Friday it'd be easier to coordinate schedules with panels and other photoshoots and such if anyone really wanted to do two shoots.

Okay! So apparently it got submitted by someone else - thank you to whoever did this! We are scheduled for Saturday from 1:00 to 1:30! I can't wait to meet you all! ^^
