Like right after I clicked the section to the Insanity forums, that error message came up. It was a few minutes before I started this thread, like 1pmish.
I thought it had something to do with me using a PS3, but I was using a normal pc at the time.

Hm. Might have been a PHP <-> MySQL glitch. We send everything through a program that caches our PHP and MySQL before it sends it through the webserver and out to your browser. Might have been a minor hiccup with that.
Do let me know if it happens agian and we'll do a little more digging. thanks <3

I think it may have to do with the mail server. If you look at this post, there is an error on the main site related to a failed email send, like this one.

We think we have found the error and it should be corrected. The mail server was not exactly the issue...mails weren't getting routed due to an issue with another server. It's all been fixed and we're running at 100% all up!
