Comfort Inn Suites Block Opening?

Hello. I was wondering when the hotel block for the Comfort Inn was going to open? In addition, I was also wondering how much it would cost for the rooms as well and if my grandmother and I will have to pay that fee per night we stay at the hotel. This is my first time staying at a hotel for Anime Central so I'm not so sure ^_^'' Please reply soon.

I'm talking to them about the block right now, so soon. I'd say before the end of year, and maybe much earlier.
