Hello hello Anime Central fans. The time again has come for you to get involved in the creative process. The “Got Soap” slogan for this years’ convention t-shirt is up to you! How can you participate? It’s easy. What you’ll need to do this year to submit your idea(s) is post your tubular suggestions HERE UNDER THE CONTESTS TOPIC between October 1st 12:00 AM CST and October 10th 11:59 PM CST. ACen Merchandise staff will then compose a list of the appropriate submissions and post a poll here on the forums where they will be voted on by you. The first round of voting will start October 12th 12:00 AM CST and end October 18th 11:59 PM CST. From there, the top three slogans will be entered in to a finalist poll. The second round of voting will open October 20th 12:00 AM CST and end October 30th 11:59 PM CST. The winning idea and the person who came up with it will be announced October 31st. Winner will receive a complimentary t-shirt with their slogan printed on it and a free badge for themselves. So dig down deep and send us your best suggestions for what you’d like to see people walking around in.

Just a few guidelines before you begin:

•You may NOT use any printed slogans from previous years, however, you may use them as inspiration - new ideas people!
•All entries must be “family friendly”/PG13 to be taken into consideration
•Slogan suggestions must have something to do with soap, suds, bubbles, showering, etc. If it doesn't tie in to “Got Soap”, it will unfortunately not be considered
•If your idea was not chosen from last years lineup, you may submit it for this years shirt
•Both attendees and staff may submit slogan suggestions
•Staff will only receive a free t-shirt if their idea is chosen
•Feel free to suggest as many ideas that flow your way
•By submitting a slogan into this contest you agree that Anime Central / MAPS has the right to reuse that slogan for the Got Soap shirt
•Winner agrees to have their name posted on our social media outlets along with the slogan
•To claim complimentary badge, winner must have a registered account in the event system before the end of the contest

So come on guys, get your creative juices flowing and start sending your suggestions in like the fate of the con rested on it. We’re really looking forward to seeing what you guys come up with. This shirt slogan is up to you, so have fun with it and make it great for the 15th anniversary of Anime Central!

Would I also be able to design the shirt? The slogan doesn't really work without it.

Is this the same thread as "this"?

These should probably be merged as one to eliminate confusion.

Shirt art design is left up to our production team and/or special guests. If you have an idea for art, feel free to include a description with your suggestion for a slogan.

If you'll read the topic, it directs you to the correct place to post suggestions. It is in the best interest of Anime Central to post details about this contest in multiple places to give all interested the opportunity to participate.

Alright, then as a suggestion, have all and any informational threads linked (as in hot linked) to the one where people should confine all posts. Lock other threads not requiring replies.
