how to get to my content?

i'm having a real hard time with this. normally on forums it's by clicking your icon or in the type left or right that says my content. i really would like to see the threads i'm watching as i haven't posted any on of them to find them that way.

Top right of the screen, open the drop down menu with your profile name and select "My Settings". From there, you will be on the settings tab. Select the "forums" tab. Click the option on the left, "managed watched topics".
