So I've been watching this show on youtube for awhile and I want- no. I *need* to know:

How many of you watch this and which is your favorite recipe?

I'm partial to the Christmas Cake, Tonkatsu and the Omurice myself. :>

I loveee the youtube channel!
My favorite recipe is of course the melonpan since they make it with ingredients that are easy to get as opposed to others I've seen.

Even better, they make it simple to understand (and cute to boot).

I love cooking with dog! I've tried Okonomiyaki, made a variation on the taiyaki (cause I already had red bean paste), made the takoyaki and the omurice. I watch it alot though. I love when she makes mochi. I think its so neat how its done... I tried once and screwed up a pan. Someday I'll try again!
It won't do any good to delude myself, because even if the distance between us is less than a touch, it is my destiny that I will never have what I long for.

I really liked the Takoyaki and Taiyaki ones.

I used to favorite these and actually try to cook the Japanese foods myself.

.....The Takoyaki didn't come out so good. *sweatdrop*

I learned a lot of great knife skills (for the kitchen, the kitchen!) on there.

Too scared to try the takoyaki tho... O_o

It's basically just:

Pancake batter, octopus, bonito, ginger.

They were actually good with the takoyaki sauce and furikake, the one set that actually didn't come out burnt or undercooked...

I used one of those Takoyaki makers from Jlist and bought the mix/furikake/bulldog sauce from Mitsuwa.
