So add a possible Rainbow Dash (bf) and Fluttershy (me) to the list! I really wanna do it, but I think it'd be more of an extra costume for us (just for the photoshoot and Sunday)... so all depends on if we get our main two costumes done and have time to work on ponies ^^

I love organizing groups for photoshoots. I think I like going to photoshoots at acen more than going to any of their panels. So I end up bringing 5 costumes sometimes and running from one photoshoot to the next. And I recently got obssesed with My little Pony about 2 or 3 weeks ago so I thought it would be awesome to do a photoshoot. I'm pretty experienced at organizing phootoshoots back when i ran the gaia and inuyasha meetups.
Anyways, i was curious what other cosplays you 2 were gonna do at acen?

Also I got my rainbow dash wig for free this week. Arda wigs was having issues during their big company move and couldn't get me the wig on time so they were nice enough to send me the refund of it and just shipped it out. I also ordered some nice $16 wings so i should be getting that soon. The wings i got aren't that noticeable on the hoody.

Probably Scratch. Just because once I put on that wig and goggles, they aren't coming off til after the rave. Unless it's hot. If it's hot I'm bringing whooves which, even though it has a sweater and bowtie, is STILL cooler than Scratch. I dunno why.

Oooooo I love MLP!! I'm definitely doing a MLP cosplay for ACen this year! I'm pretty sure I've decided on Big Mac... but I'm still deciding between him, Rarity or Twilight Sparkle. But right now I'm leaning heavily towards being Big Mac. ^^

Our group is actually staying away from tails. We're going to have ears, and horns for us Unicorns, but that's it. We've found that unless done perfectly, sometimes pony tails look... odd. Though I think how to make one would be to buy a wig or long hair extensions in the color you want and somehow attach that to a belt or pin or something of that sort. Good luck!

I know that's what my group is doing. We're actually sort of doing a "rave" theme of sorts.
I think overall humanized ponies are easier because it's just clothes and wigs.
Though if you scroll through the internet, I've seen some very well done fursuit versions made. :3

I will try to stop by, I'd like to do a cosplay but I am trying to find ideas for how to do one so if anyone has any good links to check out for MLP cosplay ideas please let me know! Most likely I would be Luna or Twilight Sparkle and my friend will be Pinkie Pie because she is like a human version of her already (her personality.)
