UPDATE *Important*
Photoshoot scheduled: Saturday @ The Treepatch! 2:30pm-3:30pm

Hey everyone I just wanted to let all of you know that there will be a 70% chance of RAIN on Saturday. IF IT IS INDEED RAINING BEFORE the photoshoot, we will be meeting INSIDE of the lower dome. If it starts to rain during the photoshoot, well we'll just all move into the lower dome.

This is our photoshoot time and location. Keep in mind location might change due to weather.

Saturday @ The Treepatch! 2:30pm-3:30pm


These are the people helping me with this photoshoot:
SHM_Lover -Cosplaying as Marluxia
PrinceScoobert -Cosplaying as either Sora or Roxas
Cmdr_Crimson -Cosplaying as King Mickey
Angels-Advocate -Cosplaying as Saix

As a just in case things get out of control (which I'm hoping won't happen). We're all adults here, so we can all act appropriate and not run around going crazy (save that for the rave or something).



I didn't see a topic for Kingdom Hearts yet (oddly surprised)

Soo...let's get started!

I will be Axel again for next year (even though I showed up after the photoshoot this year...I thought it was an hour long photoshoot, but it wasn't). Sooo...who else out there will be cosplaying Kingdom Hearts characters?

Hmmm since most of my cosplays are KH, (if I can go) I'll be bringing G1 Sora and Roxas back. But maybe G2 Sora...if I can finish him in time...

Yes, I will definitely be right on top of things and request the Tree Patch as soon as the photoshoot schedule requests open up. Annnd...whut time are you thinking of? I don't like too early because of the sun (the sun...horrible sun does not mix well with pleather x__x )

I am definetly bringing Riku back agian next year. :3 And I'm also going as Aqua.Not sure yet which I will be for the shoot though.

And the Tree Patch would be a nice change, as we've been at the Loading Docks the past two years. The first year I went to ACen the KH shoot was at the Tree Patch.
My only pet-peeves about it would be, A ). Be more organized(2009, somebody shouted "Yaoi", chaos ensued, and that was the end of that.), and B ). Attempt to keep stray people out from behind the people whose photo is being taken.

I've been going to ACen since 2008, and I remember how chaotic the photoshoot was in 2009 and I just left at that point because there was sora cosplayers mauling riku cosplayers and blah.
I was never in charge of this photoshoot before, but I was in charge of the Phoenix Wright photoshoot this year and it went very well. I assure you that I will have a few backups to help me control the group if needed. The reason the photoshoot ended up at the loading docks this year was probably because no one stepped forward to choose a spot, or no one responded in agreement to time and place right away.

I promise all of you that I will try my hardest to get this group the Treepatch again, but to do that it would be awesome if we could start thinking of a timeslot we can all agree on so that when photoshoot requests open up, I can enter the request immediately instead of waiting until last minute.

I'm gonna be Sora, I'm sure. I've been Sora every year since 2007, but hopefully I'll have an updated costume this year. My costume is on its last legs. D: I also hope to finally have a keyblade, but we'll see!

Yeah, hoping I could wear G2 Sora with my Riku, but depending on funds, I may just bring both Sora and Roxas, in case people want pics with either one. ^^

Well, I thank you for stepping forward and taking charge of it. Thats one thing nobody seems to want to do, and I'm sure you will do great.
And as for a time slot, I'm up for anything really. I never have been much help with this portion, mostly because I remain flexible because I just kind of go with the flow at ACen every year. So what ever works for everyone else works just fine for me.

Hey everyone I just wanted to say that we might not have the pleasure of having the photoshoot at the Treepatch this year. I did put in the request, but I was told that since Kingdom Hearts is usually a huge group, we probably won't have the Treepatch :/

So with that said, I did try but so far it seems like we're ending up at the loading docks again due to size restrictions and whatnot. >__<;;;

On another note, we might want to travel a bit to the huge amazign fountain-and-forest patch about a mile from ACEN's main group of buildings. It would require either a trek or a car ride to get there, but it's a heck of a lot better than the loading docks. What do ya'll think?
