So this past year, I was a panelist. However, I had to pay for my badge. Before the con, Zerox20 posted a thread regarding the panelist policy that was supposed to go into effect this year. Link: http://www.acen.org/...t-acen-read-me/

My question is in regards to the third paragraph, which states that comp badges will be offered to panelists for 2012. My information was already recorded, as stated in the same paragraph. Therefore...

Out of curiosity, is there an estimated date as to when this option will be available for those of us who were panelists who paid for our badge in 2011?

Please send me an email at Panels@ACen.org with your registration user name and full name along with the name of your panel and I can get that set up for you.

Just to clarify to anyone else, this only applies to the 3 panelists hosting a single panel that were designated as the head panelist and 2 co panelists. We have this information recorded in our system so once you send us your name and panel name(s) we can confirm and hand out complimentary badges where needed. And if you do another panel this year you do not get a complimentary badge for the following year, we are not doing roll overs to 2013. If you are in this situation (only about 10 people are) then feel free to email me and I can explain how it will work if you wish to do a panel this year.
