Unusual Question Starting a project and need to speak to a higher up

So, I'm starting up a little project, and I have a question for the head honchos of Anime Central. I'm starting on a project (don't want to announce what it is just yet in case someone steals my idea) and it features ACen pretty heavily. I was just wondering if ACen is under copyright, or has a trade mark on it (I would assume so) and if I wish to use it whom would I speak to about getting permission for this sort of thing?
My life is watching anime, playing video games, and eating Taco Bell with reckless abandonment with my lady!
