I've read through the thread but I just wanted to make sure I'm clear on this. If I want to register (full weekend) on Thursday, can I go to the Hyatt reg any time of day during open hours? Or I can I only register there after the convention center reg closes? It would be at-con, not will call. Thanks!

Good Morning Scarletxsakura,

Yes you can register at Registration in the convention center from 4:00pm through 10:00pm, once the hall has closed you can register in the Liberty room of the Hyatt from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am.

For group badges, I was put under will call.When I go pick it up on Thursday do all my members have to be there or can I (group leader) be there and pick up for them?

Hi Radicallay,

Because you are the group leader, you would be able to pick up all of the badges for your group without your group members being there. Remember that we do require a photo ID for badge pick up if you are 16 years of age or older.
