Jobs for a Cosplay Group?

My friends and I have started our own cosplay group, called DingoTreat Cosplay. The members are only people that we know personally,(live around us) and that we chat with feuqantly just about anywhere.

I remember reading on a post here that some cosplay groups have jobs for members, like camera person, hotel room booker, stuff like that. Is there like an actual list of certain jobs that members can have in a cosplay group?
For when there is a chat room. A wild Ceiling Dingo shall appear.
