Just got the game yesterday. I'm only Lv 6 so far & using my favorite race, Wood Elf.

I had planned to focus on One-handed, Heavy Armor, Stealth, & Archery... Then I found how useful some of the magic can be. Might end up adding some magic skills in the mix & drop Archery.

I'm planning a pure mage soon & make him into a werewolf. In emergencies, it seems it could be helpful. Might get my Stealth-types turned vampire for the bonuses.

I just got Werewolf powers today. I never really used it yet because my character is so stacked as is. At least it gave me a 100% immunity to disease passive ability. So far I've only had a couple encounters with vampires... and I'm pretty sure they all died by my hand. The supernatural has got nothing on me.

Turning werewolf makes me less durable and makes me do less damage.

Restarted my Wood Elf & things are going much better now.

Also found a nice little trick I used in Oblivion still works. If you steal materials & make them into items, the item won't count as stolen. Great for if a guard is about to grab you after you stole ingots. I swiped a tom of ingots & happened to be near a forge when a guard started walking over. Managed to double my smithing by making a bunch of weapons.

Anyone have Dragon armor yet? I've started to redirect perk points towards smithing and I hope it's not a horrible waste. My fully enchanted ebony armor is pretty sweet....

Definitely made a ridiculous number of iron daggers myself. I pretty much went out of my way for quite a while to just forge as much as I could. Dragon armor is worth it though. Both heavy and light exist and look totally badass. Improved light dragon armor is just as strong as ebony armor. I am now unstoppable.

Finally managed to make Dragon heavy armor. My Defense is now over 200, so after I get some sleep I'm gonna try to attack a giant.

Giants were never a huge pain for me. I pretty much use them to level up my blocking ability. What's more annoying are the surprisingly devastating attacks from certain enemy archers.... must be using ebony arrows or something. 2 shots hit me and I'm almost dead (~350 health). A room full of Draugr Deathlords fus ro dah-ing can be extremely annoying too.

Rocking an Orc Heavy armor one hand with shields. I can sit there and take a beating. Plus before I transform into a werewolf I cast berserk and absolutely devour everything in my path for like 30 secs or so. I can kill a camp of giants and mammoths in that 30 second time frame.

So after ~125 hours, I decided to beat the main quest yesterday. The story is alright but a lot of epic s**t happened which was extremely sweet. I'm still going to max the level cap in every way, visit every location, and try to do all side quests too.

Oh, the conjuration perk that allows you to have two summons at once is the best. Having a couple of Dremora Lords along with my companion makes questing really easy B)

Got a Vampiric Dark Elf now, which is cool cuz his Dark Elf racial abilities null's the fire weakness from being Vampiric.

The ending of the Main Story is pretty epic and I finished it at level 34. Going to try and finish all side quests before beating it this play through.

Heh got it a few days after it came out, according to steam I had 80 hours put into my file (hopefully most of that time was me leaving my computer on while I was afk 0.o)

But, me being stupid, I got a virus and had to do a system restore, lost all that time into that file, played a khajit archer and was head of the dark brotherhood/thieves guild and had been working into the companions. Made a new file today though, time to start over! Haha :3

Just started playing the day after christmas..Im a level 24 Nord. I can say with all honesty that I will not finish the game lol. There are so many missions and adventures out there that are getting me distracted from staying focused. A funny thing did happen to me last night. As I arrived in the town of Riften, out of nowhere a blood dragon appears and me and the townspeople killed the dragon. In the process the dragon killed the owner of Riften Stables so I looted his corpse and got his key and his gold. I now own the stables, his house, the extra gold that was hidden in his house, all the food, and the horses. This is a awesome game

Oh, God, I love this game. I have pulled more than a few all-nighters when I had long weekends off of work (don't worry, I kept up with hygiene and housework) and they were GLORIOUS!

I got to level 55 as a Wood Elf and decided it was time for a switcheroo, so I made a new Khajit character and I'm using my perks more wisely. I had to backtrack 5 levels thanks to a stupid Companion sidequest glitch (Rescue Mission) and there are no known fixes yet for xbox.

As a werewolf, I have b*tchslapped a sabre cat and it was AMAZING.

Simply put, I love this game. I love this game long time.

Despite not knowing each player, it's interesting to hear how everyone's Skyrim experience is almost exactly the same: life gets devoured by hours of play, sweet s**t happens, and we all fall in love with Skyrim. This is but one reason why this game truly is awesome.

^ It's good to hear that I'm not the only one with a crazy amount of hours. Recently, I reached level 80, which I thought was the level cap, and it's still going. The map has been scoured and I'm running out of places to explore. Today I finally started my 2nd game as an Argonian.

Love this game! Somewhere around level 35 - Wood Elf - I don't know what I was thinking but somehow managed to be a heavy armored thief....stupid I know. I've fixed whatever I was doing but I want EVERYTHING maxed; sneak is there along with other things. This game has consumed my life.
