Bump of Chicken would be a nice touch to ACen 2012 (or any ACen in general). They're pretty popular group; every release since their third single, "Tentai Kansoku," has charted in the top ten on the Oricon Weekly Charts. They've sung "Sailing Day" for the fourth One Piece movie, and "Karma" for Tales of the Abyss.

So why not? Please, consider this awesome band for your musical guest!
