Was just wondering if anyone here is a collector? I'm sure that there are at least a few collectors here, due to amount of people buying things in the dealer room at Acen :D Would love to know what kind of stuff other people here collect. I would also love to see some pictures of other people's collections whether it be anime, manga, video games, figures, etc :D

Although I don't collect too many anime related things, I do have a few things. Guess I should start and share some pictures of my own :/

I'll have to take pictures when I get home, but yes, I am very much a collector. One of the rooms in my house is literally packed with anime stuff.

Does stuff on the computer count?

I want to post my desktop and how much stuff me and my mom have on it. It's a LOT. I feel sorry for my Ryoji/Minato wallpaper.

I also have a giant stack of Doujinshi in my closet that is going to get bigger soon. Really big if I keep on buying Persona/Hetalia doujinshi.

I collect a lot of non-anime related stuff too. Pretty much if something is interesting, and not too expensive, I might pick it up. My main thing is actually Transformers though, but I keep branching out to other things :/

Also collect Ame_comi stuff as well as just a random things, just have to get off my but and find my camera and buy a bookshelf, will post some tmmrw hopefully

I'm not as big of a collector as I used to be (I had every Sonic Comic from issue #0 of the Mini-Series to Issue #53 I believe.) I do find myself often picking up every Mario and Zelda game (though a lot of them now are either on the Virtual Console or through a big game collection disc.)

Anime DVDs were something I also used to collect very often. I bought every episode of Yu Yu Hakusho as well as the two movies (both that weren't dubbed by Funimation, it felt very weird!) Now that I have Netflix and thanks to the almighty website Youtube, I can acquire almost any movie, TV series, and anime I want. :)

I should find something new to collect though...

I was always tempted to pick up maybe 1 or 2 Ame-Comi figures, but never got around to it

I think collecting Pokemon cards when they first came out influenced my current collecting habits :/ Of course with the lack of places to actually play cards, I stopped. I have made many good friends throughout the years from when I use to play Yu-Gi-Oh, so collecting isn't all bad just costly :D

i have 6 ame-comi figures so far thought i was done getting the ones i like then i go to c2e2 this year and see a batch of new ones like Duela Dent as The Joker in steampunk (a must get for me) i need to add a batgirl and catwoman eventually lol

i tend to collect a few Doctor who things as well

After straightening a bunch of stuff, I've determined that I collect way too much stuff.

If I ever happen to get serious in a relationship (asking alot there), I bet I am going to have to have a massive garage sale or something to that effect.

I have small collections of a lot of things. My plush collection consists of Scooby-Doo, Grimmy, a Zero Punctuation imp, Kirby, Ryo-ohki, Domo, and a small Ed. And for some reason I got a lot of cups too.

I also have a rather interesting CD collection. As such the only way to hold them is a Crown Royal box.

I got a bunch of misc asst stuff. Mostly figurines. Too bad I have next to no space to set them out. My big Sailor Moon statue it still in it's box in the closet...

The exact same thing happened to my own Gundam Unicorn model when putting it together!
I couldn't put that same latch on its waist because the latch's "hook" got chipped off from its connecting part.
