Ok since I want to do CD Russia I decide to get a Russia wig.

Now compare to Switzerland and America, this is hard. Russia's hard is platinum blonde but looks different in many of the artworks.

There is a lot of other wigs too but my goal is to not look like Prussia or Iceland lol.

Well to me, I think which wig you want depends on what color you think his hair is. You second wig that you chose is lighter than the first, and I noticed in some one the picture's Russia's hair looks like both of them. Personally, I would take the color that is closest to the anime, but I know at times that can change. I think it depends on which color you prefer. In my personal opinion, I like the first wig's color a lot, and if you're not on a budget it's good, but I'm not too sure if I would want to pay $22.00 shipping! And you're already almost paying 40 bucks for the wig. I think you could find the same color for cheaper. The 2nd one is good too if you are on a budget because the shipping is free (heck yeah!) and is 3 bucks off.

If choosing between just those two, I would choose the 2nd one because I would not want to pay 22 bucks for shipping. To me, that is outrageous. I've bough bigger items from China for like a ten dollar shipping price.

If you don't like the 2nd wig as much, maybe this wig here or this wig? The seller for the 2nd wig I linked cosplaywig is known for a great reputation for their wigs and a lot of cosplayers on the forums give cosplaywig high praise. I have not bought from them myself, but they get great reviews from people that I personally know who bought from them and people on the forums. And I also found this wig here from browsing the cosplay.com marketplace. It's actually from the 2nd ebay seller I linked you to.

I like the first one, though it seems no matter what you do it's going to be canon. If I were you I'd choose whichever you like best for your costume or whichever's cheapest. The reason I liked the first one is because despite its anime-like hairshine and geryish colour, it's actually a real hair colour. I've seen hair that colour before(the person was Russian XD), so I thought if you want something realistic that would work. However, I'm sure it looks best with pale people; you really have it tough with your skin tone. :/ You might want to choose something that looks nice on you, like the America wig did.

Thanks for the suggestions; still working it over. I have a crapload of time because doing this in 2012. Getting the cosplay is worse. Russia's coat has really little details. This wouldn't be a problem if Ebay....didn't miss out on them. Like his medal or his patch on the side or the length. Or what COLOR it's suppose to be.

The anime tends to push his hair closer to a blue-toned ash blonde (at least on my screen.) Maybe something like this? You'd have to trim it up on the bottoms, but it seems the closest to a real life translation.

I like that better than the other one. I like it because it is a lighter blonde and it looks like it is a nice quality wig.
By the way were you the Switzerland/America that stayed at the Embassy last year at ACen? (Trying not to sound creepy...)

I would go with a lighter blonde, personally, because that's how I've always seen and remembered him. this one looked pretty good
