Good to see that there's so many people! I'm VERY excited about ACEN this year (been bugging my ma about for months now...). Depending on school and such, I can't confirm that I'll do Friday (but I'll try my best). However, I will most likely be able to do Saturday! I know last year (my very first con ever) I waited in line for god knows how long and ended up missing the Friday meeting. So, I'm very excited! Hope to have fun!

has anyone decided on the time or place yet?...last i heard was about the loading docks and they didnt have a set time and i have no idea when i'll get to the con to check the photo listings

I know last year that they required "consensus" on the associated forum topic for the time and place- I just threw out a location based on a space that would work out based on # of people. If anyone else has a better suggestion...

As for date and time, I'm wide open. Literally nothing has been put out there in terms of scheduling "things to do" so as long as it's not mid-afternoon on Sunday when I've got to get on the road for home, I should be good. Not sure about other people.

I'd like to know whether the form has been submitted yet for an official spot- just wanted to ask so we don't forget.

1) i have to get a pic of you as Rin! she was my favorite exorcist character!

2) you could always do a basic miku or so one of the many variations...go with what you're comfortable with X3

Hi. I'm planning to cosplay Luka's first outfit this Acen. However, I'm concerned with the present time-slot of 2:30 on Saturday. I would really like to know if it's possible to do a second photoshoot on Sunday at 12:00PM in the Garden. I would be happy to run the shoot myself if necessary. I ask because I'm doing like.. 5 cosplay and want to be able to go as many shoots as I can, and on Saturday Vocaloid is scheduled at the same time as Kingdom Hearts- of which I'm doing possibly 2 cosplay (that I have to choose from) for that shoot. Since I want to be able to take pictures with other Vocaloid cosplayers, I'm really hoping to be able to get a second shoot into the photoshoot schedule. Thank you.

So it looks like there are going to be 2 Vocaloid shoots based on the preliminary schedule, 1 at 2:30 PM on Saturday by the Loading Docks area and 1 at 12:00 PM by the East Outdoor Wall area... Should we go ahead with these times or will this not work out?

I'll be looking to go to the Saturday one, Sunday one is going to be too late as I want to get on the road by noon to drive home...

So just to get things straight,

One on Saturday at 2:30 PM on Saturday by the Loading Docks Areas A&B and 1 at 12:00 PM by the East Outdoor Wall. So where is the east outdoor wall so I know? Geez, I'm dying to go right now.
