Going to be doing quite a bit. haha. Doing Beast Boy from Teen Titans, Superboy from Young Justice and Cain from Starfighter. Hopefully, my friend Ani Can make it to Acen. If so We'll be doing Cain and Abel in the body suits for half a day. I'll know later this week!! As for other Cosplays...I might do more!! who knows!

So it looks like I'm getting a whole Bleach group. ANOTHER one of my friends, who lives out in California, popped up and said he'd try his darndest to come to ACen (I guess he was sick of me and 'Rukia' talking about it the past two years, lol). And since because he's just as addicted to Bleach as we are, he's going as Soi Fon. This makes me excited! Still no word from our Gin Ichimaru, though.

...This may also be the death of me, because out of zeal, generosity, and because I just felt like it, I agreed to make his Suzumebachi on commission. So just in case you were keeping score, between now and April I have to make:

1. Shikai-form Sode no Shirayuki (Shirafune)
2. Shikai-form Senbonzakura
3. Shikai-form Suzumebachi
4. The Byakuya cosplay itself
5. My two other cosplays (Alan Gabriel and Yumi)...
6. ...one of which requires a to-scale prop bass guitar

And it'll be my first time using resin and turning EVA foam into something resembling armor...and my family's moving into a new house in the next couple of weeks.

Eeek.

However, Boogiepop's out. I couldn't make the budget or time stretch, so she may be saved until 2013.

EVA foam sheets. I used this stuff for my Link ears. And as I can understand, they can be easily molded to shape, painted, etc. Hope that helps.

So I'm definitely excited for this years Acen! I've almost got one of my costumes done, and the other one I'm skeptical on doing because I dunno if people will get it, but as long as It looks good I'm taking it =D

This year I'm going as Mad Moxxi from Borderlands, and then I'm currently building a puppet-style uncle deadly to bring along and I'll be going as Tex Richman from the new Muppet movie.

Debating if I can turn my one costume into something demonic for My devil may cry panel. Right now I have:

Mew Two -All parts gotten except for gloves, tail, ear and glowing orb of doom. Someone suggested that I use a lugia tail tutorial to make Mew Twos.

Riddler -Well Female Riddler, was thinking of going as Engima, but the costume is O_o;;;;. I have pants, working on getting shoes, jacket and hat...Hat is easy...Hi partycity.

Carnival Fairy -I have a very interesting costume from Halloween I didn't get to use due to my job, but I'm hoping to use it for Acen this year.

Alright, so due to a friend being unable to join us, my sis and I have changed our plans slightly. Currently it's Jacuzzi and Nice from Baccano! on Friday and male, female Ranma on Saturday, and Sunday I'll be cosplaying alone - it's between Van from Chrono Cross (done), Loki from Mythical Detective Loki (practically done), and Prince Alexander from King's Quest VI (still needs some work), depending on time.
