Wi-fi

I was wondering if theres wifi at the convention center. Im not sure if I want to pay the fee at the hotel and just want to know if theres wifi elsewhere.

Unfortunately all of the wifi immediately around Acen is expensive. There is NO wifi in the convention center, I've checked and my laptop picks up nothing. The Hyatt goes through T-Mobile hot spot and it's somewhere around $10-15 a day. Not sure about the other hotels, but they're most likely paid as well. The closest free wifi hotspots that I know of are the McDonald's on River Road and the Starbucks at Higgins & River.
