Since El Ken said that they're looking at guest ideas for 2012 now, I'll put in my ideas now.

-Helen McCarthy. She's a British author who writes academic books on anime and manga. She's a very interesting woman who has a lot to say, and I desperately want to meet her.
-Kalafina. Anime Expo is getting them this year and I am intensely jealous. They did Magia, the ED theme for Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Also Yuki Kajiura is always a wonderful idea.
-Chiwa Saito. The seiyuu for Homura Akemi in Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Other prominent roles she's done include Senjogahara from Bakemonogatari, Hazuki in Moon Phase, Natsumi Hinata in Sgt. Frog, Aika from Aria the Origination, Louise Halevy from Gundam 00, and Franseca Luccini from Strike Witches.
-Ai Nonaka. Seiyuu for Kyoko Sakura in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, along with many other roles including Kafuka in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.
-Eri Kitamura. Seiyuu for Sayaka Miki from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, as well as plenty of other roles including Ami from Toradora, Anna Rochefort in Le Chevalier D'Eon, and Shizuka in Taisho Baseball Girls.
-Kaori Mizuhashi. Seiyuu of Mami Tomoe from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, among other roles including Laharl in Disgaea and Miyako in Hidamari Sketch.
-Aoi Yuki. Seiyuu for Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, as well as other roles including Iris from Pokemon Best Wishes, Victorique from Gosick, and young Shinra from Durarara!!
-Katsura Hoshino. The manga-ka for D. Gray-Man.
-Hidekaz Himaruya. The manga-ka for Axis Powers Hetalia.
-Daisuke Namikawa. The seiyuu for both North and South Italy in Axis Powers Hetalia, along with a slew of other things. I won't even bother to list it all, it's so long.
-Any other Axis Powers Hetalia seiyuu. I'd especially like to see Michiko Neya and Akira Sasunuma.
-Crystal Kay. She's a jpop singer with an r&b feel that I intensely love. She did the first ending for Nodame Cantabile, Konna ni Chikaku de.
-Yoshitoshi aBe. I know ACen's had him before, but that was long enough ago now that he'd be welcomed back, I'm sure. I want to meet him because he's the creator of my favorite anime of all time, Haibane Renmei.
-Gen Urabochi. Very well known script writer. Wrote Puella Magi Madoka Magica's script.
-Akiyuki Shinbo. Very popular director. Directed Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
-I'm not sure how feasible this is, but some sort of guest from the Japanese PVC figure industry. Be it a sculptor or a higher up at Alter or Good Smile Company. I'm sure they could give an incredible panel for figure collectors like myself.

Any one of these guests would absolutely make my con. Also note; I know a lot of my choices are ones that I want to see for Puella Magi Madoka Magica, which isn't licensed yet, but all of the Madoka guests that I listed have also worked on other popular titles that are licensed, as I did my best to illustrate.

I'm a huge figure collector and I think it'd be intensely cool to get some sort of inside look at how figures are made. I'm sure the dealers would love this, too; it may increase their figure sales ;3
