Buying tickets for school club.

Is there a way that I can buy a Saturday only ticket for each of my club member without them being there? I can get any necessary information needed for the transaction.

Second question: Do I get a receipt back for the ticket?

Unfortunately the only people who are able to purchase badges for other people are immediate family members. Each person over the age of 17 is required to have a photo ID.
