Reporting messages?

Hi there. I have been trying to report a message for weeks, but it won't let me. I have spoken about the message with a moderator, but nothing was done seeing as I can't directly report the message...it just says I don't have permission to do so. Am I doing something wrong?
Acen 2011: I lost my red kodak camera. If you found it, PLEASE contact me. I really miss it.

I did that. But is there any way to actually fix this? It looks like a website-wide techinical error, and it would be kind of helpful in the future if you could report messages or members.

So far some people can and some can't. Looking through permissions I don't see why everyone can't though.

I'm going to run a few more tests to try to narrow it down some today.

Did those tests yesterday end up doing anything? I've been here for 4 years and have yet to report a message, so I have no idea whether I was EVER allowed to, to be honest. XD

I've been looking into it from the IT side from the time Alk reported it (sorry for not getting back to you Alk). It seems some members can report while some can't. I have no issues reporting posts, but it seems no one can report PM's (which I had no idea could be done). Previous installations had a few settings for turning the report feature on or off, but I cannot find anything as far as giving individual groups permissions to report posts and PMs.

I would suggest just sending a good old PM, or to our forums@acen.org email and Alk will make sure it will be taken care of, and we apologize for the delay in getting this issue resolved for all.
