As the room owner I only ask that people stay courteous to the rest of your roommates. Drinking is allowed but won't be provided, I'd prefer if smokers go out of the room if they need to light one up. If you're one of the types that stay out late, try to not be so loud when entering the room as people may be asleep at that time.

I'd prefer a PM so we could discuss some details before I let you join us in our room.
