I saw last year that some vendors were buying used anime products from people. Would this happen again this year? If so, who would buy my stuff (ex: vendor's name?), also do they pay cash or coupons/credit? I have used manga that are in good condition that I never use anymore and am very new to this, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

We very well may have a vendor or two that intends to do that, as we have done so in the past. Unfortunately I don't know if they intend to continue the practice this year, so I can't give out a specific name.
I don't think it would hurt to ask though, since worst case scenario they would say "No", but I think it could be worth a shot.

But then the question is, should I take a chance and bring my anime stuff or should I just forget about it and leave my things at home? I have a lot of manga that I don't use anymore and it would be a pain to carry it around with me and not have any vendors buy them form me, you know what I mean? What is your opinion?

If you aren't staying at the con, but live somewhere close, go the first day without any of it and see if there is an actual vendor buying stuff. If there is, bring your stuff the next day and have them look at it. If you are staying at the con, just keep the stuff in your suitcase/bag and if you see someone buying, bring it down. Or, if you really want to bring it on the first day, just carry it in a backpack. It may be heavy, but thats the price if you want to get paid
If the object is big and can't be carried easily, take a picture on your phone or something to show the vendor. Or if you really want to make everything easier, do this for all your stuff and if they like something you can meet up once the dealers room closes for the day.

The only vendor I know that does this (and says so on their website) is Fast Food Anime. I traded in several DVDs last year when I was trying to make room on my shelf and got a decent credit towards other (much slimmer) things I wanted. Which was also great when working a limited budget for other items in the dealer's room. XD
And the advice I'll share with you is, since it was also shared with me, to go to the booth early since their booth is often pretty popular later on in the day and they can get pretty busy.

Yeah, I wished I loved nearby, but sadly don't. I'll be spending the night at a hotel, so maybe I could bring my stuff in a backpack or something, still need to think about it, but thanks for the opinion's everyone. I can't wait for the con.
