Out of curiosity, is there any restriction on having balloons as your prop? As in a bunch of balloons - like 6-8 regular sized helium filled balloons on ribbon/string. And most likely attached via a harness of some sort (so I don't loose them).
It's not the kind of thing I would want to carry around everywhere and I realize it would be rude to take into panels and such, but would it be allowed maybe just for outside wear and to a photoshoot or costume judging?
Or would balloons totally break the 6 inch rule? XP

I'm... gonna say balloons count as a prop. So they are subject to the your-height rule, not the six-inch rule.

oh duh, can't believe I confused those rules... been thinking too hard about this, lol.
