hey i was looking for anime cosplays and i found this site that sells cosplays for really cheap and i was wondering if it was a legitimate site as it looks fairly new

Cosplays have been cancelled for me this year sad face :(

What's the website? I'll do some due diligence and see what I can find out about them. In the meantime, always remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, sadly enough.
