So this year we been seeing meny new mmo's comming out like rift and soon to be old repubic, but guild wars 2 seem like it going to do something new to the gameplay instead of making wow2 or wow in space. it is changing the way combat work in a mmo by getting rid of the "holy trinity" (the dps/heals/tank that been the bread and butter of mmo's for years) oh and it have no monthly fee.

The only problem is it doesn't have a release date yet. It has been in development for years now, making most people completely forget it's even still coming out. But yea, it does look like an amazing game.

I'm actually pretty excited for it. I started playing Guild Wars again two months ago and it brought back memories for me. The game looks sooooo beautiful and I can't wait for it to be out ^___^ Also...it gives me time for me to do some stuff on my Hall of Monuments.

Figured I would bump this thread since some relevant information is coming tomorrow.

There was an accidental leak of the final Character Profession yesterday, revealing it to indeed be the Mesmer. Tomorrow on the Guild Wars 2 Website, there will be information all about the Mesmer and what you can do as one. I figured that if anyone was interested in this game that would be some information they would want to hear... =)

It's also worth noting that you can join multiple Guilds in Guild Wars 2, thus there could very well be an Acen type guild made just for anyone from these forums to chat in.
