A message to my lovely clients..

My name is Auds ( aka levelsixtyseven call me which ever) and I’m a cosplay photographer. I strive to give cosplayers unique shots around the hotel. I know a ton of cosplayers who want high quality photos. Sometimes it's nice to have a private shoot compared to group gathering shoots. I try my best to make it personal. I've done other conventions like Youmacon and Ohayocon so I'm an experienced cosplay photographer. This is my first time doing photography at ACen and I am very excited. I'm super friendly and very easy to talk to.

Portraits (one to four cosplayers)
> Total $15 service fee
> Each individual included in is an added $5 per person
> Complete payment must be made before delivery of final product
> Time span ranges from 30 mins
> Will receive top 40 to 60 fully edited photos in a private password protected gallery
> Printing fee varies upon order
Group (five to twelve cosplayers)
> $20 service fee
> Each individual included is an added $5 per person
> Payment is to be due on photo shoot date or before the con
> Complete payment must be made before delivery of final product
> Time span ranges from 30 mins
> Will receive top 40 to 60 fully edited photos in a private password protected gallery
> Printing fee varies

1.If you arrive 10 mins late without notification through cellphone txt / call your photo shoot is automatically canceled.
2.Please be courteous. Come prepared with your props and organized group so we can begin with the photo shoot. We only have 30 so mins and conventions are big! So every minute can't be wasted.
3.An obvious one: you need a cosplay. Only one cosplay outfit allowed; as in no outfit changes.
4.Only one photo shoot allowed per person. No double photo shoots.
5.If you cancel beforehand there's no guarantee if you reschedule that you will get photos.
6.Know what shots you want but don't be overly demanding.
7.We can't leave convention grounds and travel around the city. We will stay primarily in the convention area.

When will I get my photos after I've done my shoot?
Give at least 1 to 2 weeks after the convention is over. I have many other photo shoots to edit and also school to juggle. It takes awhile to edit and put them up on my website. If you've been waiting an enormous amount of time please email levelsixtyseven@gmail.com to complain.
Should I start thinking of poses now?
Yes, it’s a smart idea to start brainstorming concepts and poses so when it’s photo shoot day you’ll be able to pose yourself more naturally. Plus the photos will turn out extra awesome if you do this extra step. A good method of brainstorming is researching your character!
What if I’m cosplaying as Sora from Kingdom Hearts and my friend is L from Death Note can we do couple shots and solos?
You will get solo portrait shots of your character and your friend. We can also do some fun couple shots even though you're not part of the same series.
Where will we meet at the con?
Typically we will meet at the main lobby. I'll try to have a sign so we can spot each other quickly!
How does payment work?
Cash or Check is fine. (check needs to be made out to Audrey Aquino) Payment needs to be made when we meet at your time slot and date mins before your photo shoot or mins after your photo shoot. Either or is fine.
Can I upload the photographs you took of me and my friends on my Deviantart / Facebook / Flickr / Tumblr / Myspace / Livejournal / Blogs / Personal websites?
You can! However, you cannot claim photo rights. You must link back to http://levelsixtyseven.smugmug.com and state Auds / Levelsixtyseven took your photos. You can say you are the cosplayers but please link back to Levelsixtyseven.
