Formerly known as party in Felf's room, but as a lot of the core of Anime Punch staff help run this, I changed it. Plus we are advertising promiscuous women if nothing else. (I think everyone knows what the word in that last sentence should be, but I'm going to let ACen's auto correct stand because its far more amusing than rewriting it.)

Also, like last year, I am going to ask that this remain here please as the majority of the regulars on the forums who know me and would want to show up, post here.

So those of you who have been conning for a long time know that otaku are a very tight knit group who are always there for each other. However, I feel that as we have been growing through the years, we have been getting away from that a bit. So in an effort to bring the community back together and throw a party that you don't need to know someone to get in, we at Anime Punch are once again doing a room party.

Basically this is a party where you can show up, hang out, and get to know people. There will be alcohol at the party, but only those 21 and up will be served. If you do plan on drinking, a donation of booze or cash is greatly appreciated. Its a very expensive event to run and we can't keep doing it every year without the continued support of people.

Things that will be a little different this year. We will be cracking down on that guy harder this year. There were a few guys who showed up, got a little tipsy and started being really creepy. Making other guests feel uncomfortable is not cool and if you do so, you will be asked to leave. Nothing illegal will be tolerated. We had some people show up with weed last year and were immediately asked to leave. I don't care if you want to smoke it, not in my room. We haven't had a problem with this yet, but hotel damage of any kind will not be tolerated. If you start breaking crap, we're just going to report you to IRT. Basically show up, have a good time, but know your limits and don't be "that guy".

So when is this going down? All weekend pretty much. I don't want to declare a day because then we get into the problem again of overcrowding which kinda happened last year. So how do you get in on the action? Well, you can PM me for my phone number and I'll let you know what is going down if you toss me a quick text or call at con. ACen has a party block this year, so noise should be less of an issue overall. So come ready and pumped to have a good time. Saturday night is shenanigans as always and all are welcome to join us on our romp through the hotel.

But as always I will drop by... and most likely bring a donation... of my own haha Julie wasnt happy that i donated her soco last year lol... she still brings it up quite often lol

Typically we make a drink called Anime Punch. Its been showing up less often as of late to parties in general. It may make an appearance at ACen though.

Most likely. ACen is the weekend long party for us. We are largely celebrating another successful year of our convention which is a month prior.

Seems odd, I never pictured Michigan or Ohio as places to make Vodka. Oh well. Just need to pick up the patron and I will be all set.
