If a group has children badges in it will they be mailed together? I have been calling and emailing to find out when our badges would arrive for 2 weeks and no one has contacted me with an answer, I just stumbled upon this now. We have been getting kind of nervous that they were lost in the mail.

I still don't have my badge yet so I keep looking to see when each wave is coming and hope each week I get it. So far nothing in the mail, I still have 3 more days to wait for my badge before I throw a tantrum like my brother when he can't get what he wants.

Last year we finished mailing April 17th, and this year it's set for the 23rd since ACen is later in May, which leaves plenty of time for badges to arrive through first class mail.

Children groups are sent with groups, within the next week and a half.

Our office is unmanned and mainly used for storage and a few meetings a month. As it says on the top of the reg page emailing Registration@ACen.org is the best way to contact us. Your email may have gotten dumped into our spam folder, if you'd like to private message me I can look into that for you.

The accounts will always say payment received, their status does not change when it's mailed out. We will look into doing that status update next year.

MsLovelyCookie if you'd like to message me I can see if your badge has been printed yet and probably tell you if it's been mailed. I'll need your full name and email used in your account.

Anyone is welcome to message me or email us to know if your badge has been printed yet.

The end of April, 1 week after our mailing completion date April 23, you can contact us via email or message me and we will look into badges that have not arrived by April 30th and fix whatever situation it is in.

I think I answered all of the questions >.<

I'll wait another week before I'll bug you guys about my badge I have Spring Cleaning to keep me busy for a while. I'm just a little mad that my friend got her's first as usual and me and her boyfriend don't have it still and we all live in different parts of Chicago.

Yes, even children receive badges. Those 12 and under receive a colorful Kit's Kids badge.

I wound up sending an email to registration the other night about an error I made. When I registered I mistyped my zip code but put a home address.

I don't know how I go about getting that resolved...

Registration will be able to correct your address when we get to your email. If this is a mailing badge it may have been sent but we can check that when we correct it.

most likely to play it safe some people went by not having their badges properly checked out and it a completely different people during the past years waht I seen.

Please do not guess at registration related questions. This is not correct.

You do not need to have your badge scanned at the convention. If you got it mailed you are good to go. They will be scanned in random points of the convention to ensure it's a real badge which is actually faster than a staff member checking it by eye.

No one has improperly checked out their badge, I'm not sure where you're getting your information but it's not correct.

We apologize for mailing being slightly late. There was an issue with the badges being printed wrong and we were not willing to send you a badge that didn't look awesome! We got our reprints Friday and went straight to work mailing out as much as we could Saturday. More will be sent as we do them throughout the following weeks. With our new registration system we can print attendee labels at home (we couldn't last year) and get more work done faster which means your badges will get to you faster!

Please remember you cannot post pictures of your badge on our forum and we advise you DO NOT post it anywhere. In the past people have copied badges from pictures and gotten caught which earned the original poster of the picture a meeting with MAPS members (board who owns ACen). IF you do post your badge somewhere please cover your label to prevent that from happening. Badges may not be copied, reproduced, or resold. If they are then the original owner and the new "owner" share the penalty and may not be welcome back at ACen in future years.

QR Code!
Many will see our badge labels look different! They are. With a new registration system comes a new look. Do NOT draw on or cover your label with stickers etc. Staff need to be able to see your badge number and the QR code. WE ARE scanning badges this year. When scanned the staff member with their staff system account can view the information attached to your badge showing it is a true, purchased badge, and showing us your emergency contact info (in case we're scanning during an emergency involving you, which we hope will not happen!). When scanned by non staff it shows the ACen.org webpage. There is NO personal information shown by scanning it by non staff members, there's actually no information shown at all when scanned by non staff. Not just any staff can view the QR code. Only those approved to have an account with staff access may. Which includes some IRT, EMRT, Registration, etc.

Not all badges have been sent. We're hoping within 2 weeks we will have all currently ordered mailing badges sent out! With the reprint our printer did not have enough of the paper we ordered to reprint all of the badges, so we're waiting on a 2nd batch to finish up.

Child badges were not mailed yet, we're getting the reprint of those Monday :) . Group badges have not been mailed yet.

No I did that my self, thought it would be funny to do the dots ..... like I did there. I'll keep waiting, I felt like I was whining about not getting my badge. I'll wait until next week to bug you for my badge if I still don't get it soon.

haha it happened like that at one post office we walked in with four full boxes of mail and the post office guy was like are you shipping those boxes or are they individual pieces of mail inside the boxes.....boy was he sad when it was the later...
