First wave of mail is out! Badges are on their way!

How my badge comes in the mail soon got an email saying they would sent it but no badge yet T_T

I sent an Email saying that it must have gotten lost in the mail and that a new one would be mailed and that I'd have it within a week.
It's been 11 days since then and still no badge.

What should I do?

So 20 minutes ago, the Mail Lady rung my door bell for me to sign for my dad's letter and along with the other mail I got another badge mailed. Since I'll be going to get my name changed, since it has my first name, should I go to the Liberty Room to drop off the second badge and change my name all at once???

Where should i go to get my badge at the con ...since i'm pretty sure it's not gonna get here in time T_T and what do i need to bring with me to get my badge?

For those that ordered badges and they haven't been mailed, is there a separate line for our badge pick up aside from those who are purchasing badges on Friday?

I'm in the same boat as you sent email and got a reply saying that they would resent my badge but still nothing T_T

If your badge does not arrive before the con, you can go to the Service Desk in the Registration area (Hall A of the Convention Center) to pick up your badge.

Hello. I'm new to the sites and forums and everything. I wanted to know if there was a number I could call about my badge. I still haven't gotten it yet, and want to know if I'm gonna have to just go in early on Friday to grab it, and what identification I would need to do so (if any).

Chelsea Tessman, the Registration department head, is already setting things up at the convention center. The office is manned usually on the weekends. Your best bet is to go to the Service Desk in the Registration Area (Hall A of the Rosemont Convention center) to pick up a badge. You will still receive the upgraded badge. There should little to no wait time for those who had problem with mailing, just bring a photo ID.

I sent the e-mail and a PM message to Bloo, received replies for my missing badge. I still have not received my badge, I'm just giving you a heads up that I will be most-likely picking up my badge.



(ACEN is my first con ever, just nervous). :(
