R.L. Stine is an amazing childrens horror author, who has scared millions of children.

He has 2 major book series, goosebumps (including horrorland), and fear street. Goosebumps has even become a hit TV show, and halloween tradition.

He has done regular scary stories, to choose your own scare books called "give your self goosebumps" (gold goosebumps).

He has recently written a new TV horror series as well.

So in honor of R.L. Stine new show.

What was you favorite goosebump, or fear street?

I think the one with the ghost in a camp scared me more than any other one. I have no idea what the title was ._.

Actually there was a spinoff for Goosebumps that had a toilet with aliens and stuff that I enjoyed more than the main series XD

I think it's because there was too many Goosebumps books that I could catch up as a kid >_o

I think I found some of the pictures on the covers scary. But I was scared of anything even remotely creepy back then.

volume two: The silly putty get fed to the same kid's class hamster, cuasing it to become a rabid shitzhu who lives in the airvents

I liked the original Goosebumps. I think I owned most of the first 30 or so books... I also liked the TV series.

Dunno all I know is that it only had two books and one of them was a toilet on the cover and they even had a warning 'this is a spoof of Goosebumps.' I loled so hard through the whole thing because the kid had to be flushed down the craper and it was like mario brothers underground with aliens near the end.

I remember say cheese and die; that was creeeeeeeepy.

The camp one gave me nightmares because of the ghosts though and I think it had a sequel.

Monster Blood was already taken, so I'll mention Don't Go to Sleep, Calling All Creeps, and How I Learned to Fly. R.L. Stine was my fave growing up, that was until I learned of Paul Zindel. And it remained that way ever since.

I never really got into Goosebumps. I read a few of the books and watched a couple episodes of the show when I was a kid but I didn't think it was anything special. Fear Street on the other hand is a completely different matter. I absolutely loved Fear Street. I enjoyed the individual books and read many of them. I did really like the Fear Street Seniors set of 12 books that had the same characters. I absolutely loved the Fear Street Sagas and just discovered a minute ago that they were written by ghostwriters. I still have a few Fear Street book on my book shelf but I had mainly gotten them from the library since I didn't have much money for books as a kid. I only ever ended up buying a couple of them. They were also books I had to sneak into the house since my parents did not approve of R.L. Stine. They would not have thought those books were appropriate for a child (or anyone) to read.

I have read a couple other books by R.L. Stine but can't think of what they are now. I kind of want to go back and read a couple of the books just to see if they are as good as I remembered them to be.

That one was awesome. ^^ Click was another one of my favorite R.L. Stein story. I don't remember the title anymore, but I remember a choose-your-own-adventure book at a carnival. I read that one many many times.

I read some of RL Stine I liked the Fear street books and The First Evil was good. I read more the one story only books that were not part of any particular series though. I really like Christopher Pike The Last Vampire series more back then Also Bruce Coville books, and LJ Smith Nightworld series was fun to read also.
