Madison Wisconsins convention for anime, sci-fi, gaming and all things geek returns for its fifth year!

This year the convention will be Sept. 9th-11th, returning to the Madison Marriott West. Once again the convention will feature a wide variety of anime, science fiction, gaming and general geek programming. Among the many attractions include the Friday night masked ball, a vast selection of tabletop games and tournaments, as well as one of the regions largest video game rooms with 10,000sq.ft. of classic, next gen, and arcade gaming.

I was thinking about going to this one- I've been there once I love that it's so nerdy and saw the best Doctor there. The only thing is I think it's too small for the trip from mn even though it's closer than chi town...

what year did you go? The con has grown over the years. (If it helps, it looks like we'll have an actual Tardis there this year :clap: )

oO .. :thumbup: .. I might jsut have to come now it was either last year or the year before-- I did enjoy everything there. We did have room drama between some of the people who went making it kinda a depressed mode for myself but if I can get a few of the people to come with me I'd come purely to see the Tardis! :heart:

This year Acen will have "the largest ever console area in ACen’s history" and Geek.Kon will be providing the majority of TV's, consoles and games as well as helping to staff the room. Stop by for a taste of what you can expect at Geek.Kon this year!
