Just curious as to if I am going to find any other Jrock cosplays this year?
And I'd like to start to organize the photoshoot early this year...Because every year I miss it due to something stupid. Last year? I fell asleep in my room, had to re-do make up, Aural Vampire Concert, then Masq. ;w; Wha.

So any photos from last years shoot? ANd post what you cosplayed, XD I'm always curious to see fellow Jrock cosplays~ At cons we are scarce. T-T

I did a cosplay at the last Acen as Marluxia from Kingdom Hearts. I was with a group of my friends who were also cosplaying as Organization XIII members. It truly IS an addicting hobby! Last Acen was my first time actually cosplaying, and as soon as it was over I started planning a ton of other cosplays that I'd like to do. :3

Haha!! So does that mean you'll pick something easier? XP And that's REALLY planning ahead. Which is always a good idea for cons. Haha! I'm already saving some new cosplays and possibly an artist alley table for Acen 2012. 8D

And yes. Three cosplays. It was going to be four, but...I decided to save that fourth one for next year. This next Acen is really creeping up, and it will only creep faster and faster in the new year. >_< Last year, as I said, had that ONE cosplay and we were all working on ours until 4 hours before we had to leave for the hotel, not to mention we were finishing the coats IN our hotel room on Friday night! But this year, definitely less of a doozy, even though I have three since...I started work on Riku right after last Acen. XD

Huhha. Nope, XD never. The outfits we tend to chose are always way to complicated. Though maybe we should pick something easy....just to give ourselves a break. ;w;

lolololololol. I totally understand, in the picture I first posted, of both of us together. We were in our room, studding till the very wee hours of Friday night. My coat had so many, and I didn't get my final package of studs until FRIDAY. Ugh. So, I completely understand about last minute working.

I definitely agree that there wasn't many Jrock cosplayers last year. I did find a really good Kyo though, and got a picture of her.

And woohoo! Another Reita! I have a feeling he's going to be the popular one this year~ XD

There are SO many of his outfits that I consider my favorites, and it was difficult to choose which one I wanted to be my first. And I will definitely look for you. I'm sure I'll be the only one in the Burst outfit, and I hang out a LOT in the dealers' room, so you'll be sure to find me in there.

Yeah. It's really hard to get a whole group together. I'm not even sure if I'm going to have a Ruki anymore.

But that is true. I love finding them, because they're rare.

Hello! Assuming I can make it to the con, I'll be bringing two jrock cosplays along with me. The one I know for sure is Hizumi from D'espairsray. I have a cosplay of his Reddish outfit from a previous con I went to. Then hopefully if I can make the darn thing, I'll be Karyu, also from despa, in the Born PV outfit. I'm glad to see other j-rock cosplayers attending!

Thanks, sounds like a plan, I will be doing the same cosplay all 3 days, I have 2 outfits of the same guy, just different designs from different concerts.

Oh!! and I hope this won't bug anyone if I'm in a group, but to forewarn, I am going to have an mp3 player/ portable mono speaker setup built into my badge holder. it so while I am walking around I have Ayumi Hamasaki themed music, and mainly to help me with getting into my character. I carry around a real guitar and I have practiced notes and gesture's to be like my character. So it makes for way better poses.
