All of the cabinets are set for free play! $15 admissions gets you all day access to all of the games. You're free to walk in and walk out as much as you like. Great refreshments and an awesome atmosphere.
The cabinet range is crazy. Some of my favorites were Time Crisis, Puzzle Fighter 2, Dig Dug, Silent Scope and House of the Dead. Full game list in the link below.

They have console rooms that can be rented out for private events. All of the details are listed on their website.
Pretty awesome stuff! If you're in the area, I highly suggest you check them out!

You can do private events there in the console rooms. The owners are super cool. I was chatting with them for a while. I'm sure they'd be happy to setup a private event for the ACen crew.

$15 is steep. Considering I can spend $10 and be at an arcade for a few hours, this is kind of too much.
A lot of those games I've played at other arcades or I'd play once and that's it.
I found the more popular games, monitors or speakers tended to be crappy, especially fighting games. On the bright side, the controls (for the most part) worked.
There's a real tool that works there that thinks he's totally hot shi+ at Super SF4...problem is with their "cabinet" is that
1)American style sticks that are reaaaaly stiff (YMMV, it's not my cup of tea though)
2)Laaaaaaaaaaaaggy. Like seriously. You'd think it's input lag with the way it lags but it's just that bad.
3)The guy's a one trick pony.
Otherwise I had fun with Time Crisis, PlayChoice cabinet (on a completely washed out cab), and some old fighters. And Terminator 2 (MAN I hate that game).
A lot of games weren't working at all, kind stupid seeing that many cabinets that had this "COMING SOON" sign on it out on the floor...should just leave it off or all in the corner.
I went there once, had fun but don't really feel the need to go back. The Chinese place next door is pretty good though.

We are Illinois' LARGEST video arcade, and currently have over 160+ games to play and will have
about 220 games once everything is up and running!
Unlike most arcades, we do not use quarters or tokens.
All of our games are set to FREE PLAY!
We charge a $15 door fee and then you can come in and play ALL the games for as long as you want!"
With this place being right in Brookfield this sounds awesome. Me and Fray are checking it out tomorrow. And they have some awesome classic games. AvP, X-MEN (i hope the 6-player one), ORIGINAL Mario Bros. (not super) and so so so many more, they are almost at 200 games. Just thought this was a nice find and something cool to share. For those that live in or close to Brookfield, they offer memberships if you plan on regular visits ^__^
Also, they are developing their own game using image capture (ala MK2) and even have Philip "Shang Tsung" Ahn working in it ^___^
