Heck yes I'm excited! I have my P30 done~ I just need to pick up my medical tubing. And spring break is in a week so I'll be sewing up a storm~

If necessary we could also round up RE cosplayers on our way there to make sure everyone makes it! (...and by we, I mean Click Reload will probably be leading the way...because I have no sense of direction... <<)

I still have a lot of work to do on my costume though! I've barely started on the vest or anything else! *flails* At least with spring break soon I'll be able to focus more... @.@

We'll definitely spread the word about the shoot. I'm sure there will be a lot of RE cosplayers there that don't post on the forums.

I'll get to work on Ada sometime this week. I think for her weapons, I'm going to use the Magnum and knife that I got with my Umbrella Chronicles. Can't get much more non-realistic than Wii weapons!

In other news, I'm making the Leon jacket for Leaf on commission and somewhere in the process we got to talking about Luis, so now you may or may not have a Luis coming, depending on whether I can find something ready made that I can easily alter and/or have time left to do it in. 8D We'll see, we'll see.

I am liking the turn out so far!

I'm hoping to at least see a Battlesuit Jill, a Sheva, and a couple of Claire's there at the very least. I know next year I might go as fricken Nemesis.. I've been thinking a lot about it. If I get the body I've been wanting for a while by next ACEN, I'll let y'all know. ;-)

I can't wait to be there for the shoot. It'll be my first time to a RE shoot at any con. I've always loved the franchise, but never felt compelled to do a RE cosplay until now.

I could have been Nemesis, but that's way beyond my skills. So, I'm going as Tofu from RE2. I just hope it turns out as well as I think it would be.

Awesome. I don't think I've ever seen anyone dress as Tofu before!

We may have a Nemesis show up. My brother brought it to Ohayocon, so I'm sure he'll wear it to Acen, too.

I saw a Nemesis at either this past Youmacon or Youmacon 2009, and saw him playing DDR. That was way too cool. Is that your brother?

Yeah, that's him. I saw a pic of him at that con, on a DDR machine. It was hilarious as a novelty pic.

For Ada, I have a rocket launcher and a rifle...for Jill..not much. I do want to make the rocket launcher
for her though.

Well, the rocket launcher I wanted to make for Jill is a different one from the red one I have. This other one is a 4 rocket and its a square shape. Its the one from RE3 I think. The red one is from 4.

Let us know here first if y'all want to meet in the lobby like @ 9:45 pm to make sure everyone gets to the photoshoot or just exchange where exactly the location is during the day. I'll be sure to let other RE cosplayers know about it as well.

Also, I dont think we need a set photographer for the photoshoot. *shrugs* I would recommend you all bringing your cameras and definitely a friend to take pictures. That's pretty much how they did it at Youmacon.. so should work out just fine. =-)

It's looking like Excella, Wesker, and I at least will not be making it to the big group gathering on Saturday. Our Zombie Survival panel is scheduled fromm 10P-12A. Of course, if anyone else is joining us at our panel and wishes to do another shoot with us, we're more than willing to do that 8Db

That stinks. If you'd like I can gather a few of us and meet you over by where the panels are or the lobby where we get the tickets at like 9:25...9:30. I know for sure I wont be doing anything and I'll be happy to join in on the panel when the whole photoshoot is over. Actually if y'all would like to move this to 8:30-9pm instead I'm fine with that. Should only take 30-45 minutes at most, no?

I'll edit the topic and make it for 9:30pm. Would you still like it at the loading docks still or half in the lobby (for better light purposes) and then one outside by the main entrance where that water fountain is if we can?
